Access Aiden

Aiden can be accessed through different modalities, depending on what your team is most comfortable with. The supported modalities today are:

Sign Up

Sign up for an account by visitng https://aiden.opsverse.io/signup.

Web

To access Aiden Web, login at https://aiden.opsverse.io/signin.

The Web interface also allows admins to configure integrations, setup skills, add users and manage Aiden.

Slack

Connect Aiden to your Slack workspace to collaborate on DevOps tasks directly from your team channels. Ask questions, trigger automations, and get real-time alerts without leaving your primary communication platform.

To add Aiden to Slack, use this link. Once you add Aiden to slack, you can invite Aiden to different channels and tag Aiden using the @aiden tag.

To use the Slack App, you also need to do a one-time integration for Aiden, using the /integrate-aiden slash command which will require you to authenticate with OpsVerse.

Backstage

Our upcoming Backstage plugin will allow you to interact with Aiden directly within your developer portal. When installed, it will create a native Backstage interface for chatting with Aiden without context switching. The plugin will automatically sync with your Backstage software catalog, enabling Aiden to:

  • Understand your service architecture and dependencies
  • Access API specifications and documentation
  • Learn about your teams and ownership structures
  • Track service metadata and technical documentation

This deep integration means Aiden will provide more contextual assistance by leveraging your entire Backstage ecosystem, making it an even more effective DevOps companion within your existing workflows.

Browser Plugin

Our upcoming browser plugin will bring Aiden's capabilities directly to your favorite DevOps tools. The plugin will intelligently recognize when you're working in supported platforms like:

  • GitHub/GitLab repositories
  • Jenkins pipelines
  • Grafana
  • Kubernetes dashboards
  • AWS Console
  • Azure Portal
  • ArgoCD
  • And more ...

The extension will be context-aware, understanding exactly what you're viewing or working on in these tools. This means when you activate Aiden, it will already know the relevant repository, pipeline, cluster, or cloud resource you're dealing with – enabling more precise and immediate assistance without having to provide additional context.
