- Login:
- Existing Account: If you already have an account, use the following steps to login:
- Use Google authentication to sign in quickly.
- If you do not use Google Authentication, use username and password to login or Forgot Password link to reset password and login to the account.
- New Account: If you're new to the support portal, create an account by signing up using your work email or use Google Authentication
- Forgot Password: If you have an existing account but can't remember your password, no worries! Click the "Forgot Password" link on the signup page to reset it.
Once logged in, you can view existing tickets, submit new ones, and track their progress within the support portal.
- Response Time: Within 2 Hours
- Resolution Time: Within 1 day
- Response Time: Within 8 hours
- Resolution Time: Within 2 days
- Examples: Major issues or bugs affecting a significant number of users, issues with core functionality.
- Response Time: Within 12 hours
- Resolution Time: Within 14 days
- Examples: Minor bugs, usability problems.
- Response Time: Within 24 hours
- Resolution Time: Within 1 month
- Examples: Feature requests, account issues, general feedback.
